What do I do if:

I no longer wish to take part in the trial?

You are free to leave the trial at any time. Please contact your GP if you no longer wish to take part.

I have forgotten when my visit appointment is?

Please contact the trial team on the free phone number 0800 915 8543 or email optimise@phc.ox.ac.uk to find out the date and time of your next appointment.

My home blood pressure monitor is broken?

Please call the trial team on the free phone number 0800 915 8543 or email optimise@phc.ox.ac.uk who will arrange for a new blood pressure monitor to be sent to you.
