Clinical Trial Coordinator

I am a Clinical Trial Coordinator in the Oxford Primary Care Clinical Trials Unit where I support the set-up, recruitment, and day-to-day running of clinical trials.  I am currently working on DEFINE which is looking to find out whether using a FeNO (fractional exhaled nitric oxide) test during asthma reviews can help improve care for asthma patients. I joined the CTU in May 2014 and have worked on a variety of trials within the cardiovascular and infectious diseases themes.

Before joining the CTU, I worked at the John Radcliffe Hospital as a research administrator for the National Institute for Health Research (NIHR) Clinical Research Network, working on various studies in dementias and neurodegenerative diseases.

I originally trained and worked in accounting and law in the United States, but had a career change to healthcare research upon moving to the UK in 2009.
